Yogurt Berry Parfait

Eat it for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert!

  • 2cups low-fat or nonfat yogurt(plain or vanilla)
  • 1cup fresh bananassliced
  • 1/2cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2cup fresh strawberriessliced
  • 1cup granola


  1. Line up 4 parfait dishes or other tall glasses.
  2. Spoon about 1/4 cup of yogurt into each glass.
  3. Top with about 1/4 cup of fruit.
  4. Next sprinkle with 2 tbsp. of granola.
  5. Repeat steps 2–4.
