Eat it for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert!
Prep Time 5 minutes
- 2 cups low-fat or nonfat yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup fresh bananas sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries sliced
- 1 cup granola
Line up 4 parfait dishes or other tall glasses.
Spoon about 1/4 cup of yogurt into each glass.
Top with about 1/4 cup of fruit.
Next sprinkle with 2 tbsp. of granola.
