Easy Tuna and Peas

This healthy twist on a classic couldn’t be easier – or more delicious.

  • 1/2lb. whole wheat pasta
  • 10oz. canned reduced-sodium cream of mushroom soup
  • 12oz. canned tuna packed in waterdrained
  • 1cup canned low-sodium peasdrained


  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain, place in a serving bowl, and set aside.
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan, heat soup until hot. Stir in tuna and peas, and cook 5 minutes.
  3. Pour over cooked noodles, stir to combine, and serve.
