Hands on Approach to Food and Knife Safety

Come participate in a hands on cooking workshop and learn a few food and knife safety tips to help keep your family safe this summer. Whether your kitchen skills are beginner, intermediate, or expert level, this is information you can put to good use. By the end of the workshop you will: be able to name four food safety strategies; have practiced your knife skills; have created and sampled a delicious vegetable wrap that you will then be confident in preparing at home
